About this Course
This in-house informative bite-size session will introduce delegates to the topic of mental wellbeing; it will build their awareness of the simple things they can do every day to proactively support themselves and colleagues both in and out of the workplace.
Around 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health episode each year, with 1 in 6 reporting that they have experienced a common mental health problem (such as anxiety or depression) in any given week. Yet only 1 in 8 adults with a mental health condition is currently believed to be receiving the treatment and support they need.

Delegates will walk away with a clear understanding of the early warning signs and symptoms of a dip in mental wellbeing and how they can respond effectively to minimise the risk of a mental health episode. With any internal workplace resources signposted and a toolkit of practical tips and techniques, delegates will build confidence in their ability to maintain and build their mental wellbeing.
