What our customers say?
"Its not often I am moved to write to a company Director to compliment them on their company's customer service. However recently I had to postpone my attendance on one of your NEBOSH courses as I am going to be heavily involved in our organisations response to the COVID 19 outbreak. The customer service I received from Claire your course Co-Ordinator was nothing short of exceptional.
I was checking Claire's contact details at 21:00 hrs so that I could contact her the next day, and inadvertently dialled the number. To my sheer amazement she answered the phone. I apologised profusely and said I would contact her the next day. However Claire was happy to deal with me at that time and postponed my course. Far from being put out by my intrusion into her evening Claire was cheerful engaging and as ever; thoroughly professional.
Every occasion I have spoken to Claire I have found her to be warm, engaging and highly efficient.
As I have said It is not often (in fact I have never taken this course of action before) that I have felt the need to comment on good customer service. But in this case I felt I had to, as her behaviours as an employee are remarkable. I only wish I had a Claire working for me in my support team. I do hope you don't think this mail is presumptuous of me but I just felt the need to pass on my experience. I will be sharing this with my colleagues. Please pass on my thanks to Claire for being such a delight to deal with. Warmest Regards"
