"I must say the standard of the instruction by Nik Taylor is second to none, he made the learning environment comfortable and put all the learners at ease. His knowledge and the way he brings to life and easy to understand is excellent. He was available 24/7 for anything that needed clarifying by the students. The exam was also run to the highest standard by Claire. Please pass my thanks to both and I can’t wait to see them again on my fire course in Feb!"
